I built what I needed when nobody else would.
I’m Danielle. AuDHD. Founder of three companies that didn’t exist five years ago because nobody else was going to build them. Host of a top-25 ADHD podcast. Writing three books at once because that’s how my brain works.
I’ve been doing this work (really doing it, not LinkedIn-ing about it) for 25 years. First as the kid nobody knew how to help. Then as the adult who decided that was the problem.
This site is the front door to all of it. The companies. The books. The podcast. The advisory. The unpolished version of what I actually think.

Substack, podcast drops, occasional letters from me. No drip campaigns. No funnels. I forget to email when life gets loud, but when I write, it’s worth your inbox.
What I actually do
I build neurodivergent infrastructure.
The world has been designed around one neurotype. I build the rest.
ND Hive
The live community where ADHD and AuDHD adults work together because doing it alone wasn’t working. Body doubling, peer presence, daily execution support. We finish each other’s tasks. Sometimes sentences too (that’s the AuDHD).
ND Coaching Academy
Where therapists, coaches, teachers, and social workers get certified to actually serve neurodivergent clients without doing accidental harm. Cohort-based. Practitioner-trained. No woo.
Capacity Works
The workplace productivity benefit refined with the ND community over 3 years and now sold to entire workforces. Your EAP isn’t going to do this. That’s why this exists.
Books, podcast, advisory
Writing the books that don’t exist yet. Hosting a podcast that says what most won’t. Taking on a few advisory engagements a year with leaders who actually want to do this right.

Currently
What I’m working on right now.
One book out. Three more in motion.
Hidden in Plain Sight (with Kristy Busija) is on the shelf. A practical guide to managing invisible disability in the workplace.
The next three:
- One for AuDHD women and the partners who keep getting it wrong
- One on executive function, for people whose brains broke the standard advice
- One called Designing for Dopamine, for builders making products that don’t punish ADHD users (looking at you, every productivity app from 2018 to 2023)
ND OutLoud, weekly
Top-25 ADHD podcast. Top-5 ADHD entrepreneur podcast.
(I started it because I was tired of being interviewed on shows that softened everything.)
A few advisory engagements
Per year. Usually CHROs or founders who’ve realized one-off DEI training isn’t going to fix what’s actually wrong.
What people say
The slightly raw ones land hardest.
“A lot of coaches don’t know the lines between therapy and coaching and can do a lot of damage. Danielle is highly ethical and very aware of those boundaries. I’m a therapist specializing in Trauma and ADHD and I learn new things from her constantly.”
Catherine | Therapist | Trauma & ADHD specialty
“I had the privilege of working with Danielle as my first ADHD coach. Her methods not only helped me understand my ADHD but empowered me to thrive with it. After being transitioned to a different coach for five months, I realized how much I missed her approach and support. Coming back to Danielle was the best decision I made for my personal and creative development.”
Aubrey | Author and Editor
“This has been the first success story in the world of ADHD for me trying to advocate for myself. I adore Danielle.”

Get on the list
When I write, it’s worth your inbox.
Substack, podcast drops, the occasional unhinged voice memo I record at 2am. Books drop when they’re ready (and not before. I’m not letting AI-rewriter platforms publish my voice for me.)
No drip campaigns. No funnels. I forget to email when life gets loud.
